The C.H.A.N.G.E.R.S. project (Exchanging good practices to Change Household Attitudes for a Non-wasteful, Green environment and Energy-consciousness addressing Rural Seniors) has finalised the methodology of the short-term joint staff trainings planned in the project.
The partnership of the C.H.A.N.G.E.R.S. project held its online kick-off meeting on 26th November 2020 and met again virtually in April 2021 to discuss the progress of the project implementation. The partners discussed the main project milestones, the methodology, and the expected final project outputs. Anett Papanitz, the project coordinator at CAM, stressed the value and impact of the project beyond the household, and stated that its results will also reinforce the importance of Erasmus+ to stakeholder and policy makers.
The overall objective of the C.H.A.N.G.E.R.S. project is to exchange best-practice examples on adult education through four short-term joint staff trainings covering three main topics, namely: energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and sustainability in households. The goal of the joint staff trainings is to extend and develop the competences of the adult educators participating in the project not only by learning new training materials but also by getting information about the related experiences. The methodology of exchanging and collecting the good practices provides guidance for the project partners in order to implement the trainings efficiently.
By organizing four joint staff trainings in C.H.A.N.G.E.R.S., we expect to increase the knowledge of participating adult educators and at project partner organisations.
