The consortium of CAM Consulting Kft. and Mannvit Kft. performs planning tasks for the “Use of Geothermal Energy in Békéscsaba” project. The project is being carried out in the framework of Modern Cities Programme of Hungary. The planning tasks include the preparation of a feasibility study, the planning application documents (licencing) and the construction documentation.
As a result of the development, the Municipality of Békéscsaba is planning to substitute fossil fuels in several municipality-owned buildings’ heating and to satisfy the heating energy needs of new sport facilities in CsabaPark with geothermal energy.
Planning started in July 2018, prepared documentation is expected to be finalized in 2019 Spring.
